Pinellas County requires a qualified Contractor to perform Recovered Materials Processing Facility (RMPF) Services for the processing and marketing of Single Stream recycling Program Materials on behalf of the County, its constituents, independent Municipalities, and its licensed private haulers, and (collectively known as “Customers.”) This is a County Contract, but any defined Customer is authorized to use the Contract to achieve the target collected Program Materials goal of 60,000 tons annually.
