The intent of this Invitation to Bid is to procure the services of a reputable Commercial Contractor to provide the City of Lakeland (COL) with the services of installing Pre-engineered Metal Building (PEMB) located at 910 Granada Street near existing service building at Lake Parker. The COL expects that all Commercial Contractors submitting a bid are familiar with the type of PEMB system that is being requested, possess the staff, knowledge, tools, and equipment necessary to perform the services requested in this Invitation to Bid per Florida Building Code standards.
