Also, to include the annual mulching of the flower beds. </span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 11pt;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin: 0in; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">The above Lawn Maintenance Services are for the duration of 7 months beginning July 1, 2025, through October 31, 2025.. Resuming April 1, 2026 through June 31, 2026.&nbsp; The Lawn Maintenance contract is for an initial term of 7 months with the option for two (2) one-year renewals. The County reserves the right to server the agreement at any time, if the Vendor is not abiding by the contractual agreement for the services. Payment will be ceased at the end of the said month of the mutually agreed dissolution date.</span></p>",
