The Purpose and Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a firm fixed price, from qualified sources, to design, fabricate, and install four (4) replacement “Welcome to King George County” signs in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and all appurtenances required to supply and install the replacement “Welcome to King George County” signs as identified in this IFB.
