Description
The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for this projects specific agreement on the I-264/Witchduck Road Interchange and ramp extension (C-D Road) Project in the Hampton Roads District. The project will consist of providing construction engineering/inspection (CEI) services and engineering support in the cities of Norfolk and Virginia Beach. The project limits are from: 0.383 MI East of WBL I-64 (Norfolk, VA); to: 0.472 MI East of Witchduck Road. An aerial map of the project area is advertised with this Request for Proposal.
