PPEA for the design, construction and financing a new facility to serve as the state Headquarters for the Department of Game & Inland Fisheries. No questions will be answered by phone. Please submit any questions no later than August 3, 2010 via fax (804)367-2311. NON-MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE will be held July 30, 2010, 2:00 pm at the DGIF complex, 4010 Conference Room. All inquiries for information should be directed to Phil Lownes (804) 367-1253 or phil.lownes@dgif.virginia.gov.
