The City of Winter Park is seeking Letters of Interest (LOI) from valet companies that are interested in partnering with the city to provide valet services for events at the Winter Park Library & Events Center, 1050-1052 W Morse Boulevard, Winter Park, Florida 32789. For consideration, please address the following questions: 1. Is your company fully licensed and insured to provide valet services in this jurisdiction? 2. What is the typical staff-to-vehicle ratio you provide during peak hours? 3. How do you ensure secure key management and tracking of vehicles? 4. How do you handle incidents involving customer vehicles? 5. How do you coordinate logistics for special events or high-traffic periods? 6. What is your approach to utilizing available parking spaces efficiently? 7. Provide a list of three (3) references from clients for whom you have provided similar services. 8. Provide the type of uniforms your valet staff wear and how you ensure they maintain a professional and polished appearance.
