The County of Louisa invites qualified engineering or environmental firms to submit proposals for performing a variety of tasks to support landfill operations and facility compliance with applicable Local, State, and Federal regulations. The general scope of work for the contract resulting from this Request for Proposal will include the following: • Responding to existing recurring requirements for technical review of data collected through installed and operational environmental monitoring systems; • Landfill engineering consulting, permitting, and environmental engineering services; • Preparation of summary regulatory compliance reports and recommendations for action; • Permit amendments as required; and • The preparation of design and construction bid documents and construction oversight for multiple projects.
