Pierce County Human Services (PCHS) is seeking applications from agencies interested in providing critical services that support youth (ages 24 and under) experiencing homelessness, with a focus on helping them access and maintain stable housing. Funding is available through the Youth Homelessness Demonstration Program (YHDP) and will be administered in alignment with all applicable U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements. Eligible organizations may apply to operate one or more of the following project types: Joint Component Transitional Housing–Rapid Rehousing (TH-RRH) Support Services Only – Outreach (Mobile Advocate) Support Services Only – Coordinated Entry
