Description of Intended Products or Services Provided: System Enhancements Software along with annual support and maintenance will be purchased under this waiver. The system monitors county-wide Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) activity capturing performance metrics with direct implication to public safety operations and clinical performance. FirstWatch is patented Intellectual Property in the United States, Canada, New Zealand as well as in Australia. No other party is authorized to perform or provide the carious system support functions and ongoing maintenance responsibilities as there is no outside access to the proprietary FirstWatch IP source code.
