It also includes existing facilities needing repairs or modifications that will require the services of a full-service General Contractor that has the capability to perform these various modifications, turn-key if required.</span></p><p style=\"margin: 9pt 46pt 0.0001pt 0.5in; text-align: justify; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">The scope of services for General Earthwork and Paving Services will include, but not be limited to the following work: clearing and grubbing, site demolition, utility work, grading, drainage, concrete paving, cast-in-place concrete, asphalt paving, aggregate paving, pavement striping, and stormwater systems.</span></p>",
