Description
Sealed bids to remove all accumulated materials, sludge, liquid, sand and grease balls from Cells 4 thru 13 of the Enhanced Nutrient Removal Tank (ENR) tank #7, in accordance with the conditions, specifications, and instructions below and on the attached sheets or drawings hereto, if any, will be received and opened and publicly read aloud at 2:00 p.m., August 23, 2013 local prevailing time. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 p.m., August 14, 2013, at the Public Utilities' Water Reclamation Facility, 9101 WRVA Road, Henrico, VA 23231, to review the scope of work and clarify any aspect of the work that may be in question. A site visit will be held following the meeting.
