The services to be provided under this agreement will be provided on an as-needed basis using purchase orders issued by the City.</p><p>In order to be considered for award and to be further evaluated, proposer must be registered professional within the State of Florida and have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in the requested area of practice.</p><p>The City makes no covenant or promise as to the number of available projects or that the firm(s) will perform any project for the City during the life of the basic contract. The basic contract does not authorize the performance of any work or require the City to place orders for work. Expiration of the term of the basic contract will have no effect upon task assignments issued pursuant to the basic contract and prior to the expiration date. Obligations entered therein by both parties shall remain in effect until completion of the work previously authorized by the City.
