The selected responses from bidders must demonstrate that the product meets the standards for potable water treatment detailed in the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF)/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard 60: Drinking Water Treatment Chemicals - Health Effects and American Water Works Association (AWWA)/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard B301-18: Liquid Chlorine, the <strong>PRODUCT STANDARDS</strong>.</p><p>The County intends to award multiple Vendor/Contractors by Delivery Group and may choose the same Vendor/Contractor for more than one (1) Group. The County reserves the right to make multiple awards to the lowest, responsive and responsible Bidders based on Delivery Group price<strong>. </strong>Vendors may elect to bid on Delivery Group A, Delivery Group B or Both. Requested supply and delivery consists of the following:</p><p><strong>Delivery Group A:</strong> Large Quantity Sodium Hypochlorite - Delivery of bulk Sodium Hypochlorite, estimated average of 5,000 gallons per week, to Water Reclamation and Water Treatment Facilities in Hernando County, Florida with facility storage tank capacities ranging from 1,000 to 5,400 gallons.</p><p><strong>Delivery Group B:</strong> Small Quantity Sodium Hypochlorite - Delivery of bulk Sodium Hypochlorite, estimated average of 2,500 gallons per week, to twelve (12) Potable Well-Sites within residential neighborhoods in Hernando County, Florida with facility storage tank capacities ranging from 165 to 1,500 gallons.<em> <strong>Bidder MUST have the ability to navigate vehicles through residential streets and the ability to deliver Sodium Hypochlorite to tanks within fenced in areas at well-site locations.</strong></em></p><p>Offers for furnishing the above will be received and accepted up to <span data-templatevariable=\"project.proposalDeadlineTime\">10:00 am</span>, local time,&nbsp;<span data-templatevariable=\"project.proposalDeadline\">Monday, July 1, 2024</span>, via the Hernando County Procurement Department <a href=\"https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/hernandocounty\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">eProcurement Portal</a>. &nbsp; Only electronic submittals through the eProcurement portal shall be accepted by the County.</p><p>The Board of County Commissioners of Hernando County, Florida, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received in accordance with the Bid Documents and the Hernando County Procurement Ordinance.</p><p>Interested firms may secure the Bid Documents, plans, drawings, and all other pertinent information by visiting the County's eProcurement Portal.&nbsp; For additional project information, please visit the Hernando County Procurement Department website at <a href=\"https://www.hernandocounty.us\">www.hernandocounty.us</a> or submit a question via the Q&amp;A Tab in the County's <a href=\"https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/hernandocounty\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">eProcurement Portal</a>.</p><p>The Procurement Department will post addenda on the County&rsquo;s <a href=\"https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/hernandocounty\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">eProcurement Portal</a> to all questions in accordance with the Solicitation Instructions.&nbsp; It is the responsibility of prospective Bidders to visit the <a href=\"https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/hernandocounty\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">eProcurement Portal</a> to ensure that they are aware of all addenda issued pertaining to this Solicitation.</p>",
