Description

This project would expand the existing in-ground grease interceptor to make it large enough to serve two kitchen uses. The project would remove the existing in-ground hydromechanical grease interceptor, expand the space as needed and install a new, larger grease interceptor equivalent to the Schier GB-250 100GPM model. Vendor would be responsible for all demolition of concrete, removal, disposal, installation, including plumbing hook up, and initial testing, repair and reasonable matching of concrete and installation of any necessary access hardware.
