  "summary": "<p>The purpose of this Request for Quotation is to define the County&rsquo;s minimum requirements for the purchase of Multiple System Atrophies (MSA) Millennium Gas Mask - Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) or like item, and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) filters for the masks by which the County may evaluate products offered by Contractors or Vendors.&nbsp; As used herein, the term Contractor or Vendor shall mean the Contractor, its employees, or agents.&nbsp;</p><div><div><p><strong>Provide 18 MSA Millennium Gas Masks, or like item, with the following features:</strong></p><div id=\"productSpecs\"><div><ul><li>Provides respiratory protection against military welfare, civil unrest and Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN)&nbsp;threats,</li><li>Attracts, regains and neutralizes contaminants,</li><li>Flexible, one-piece polyurethane lens with a wider field of vision,</li><li>Lens is bonded to a high-carbon rubber facepiece,</li><li>Easy weapon sighting from either shoulder,</li><li>Drinking tube permits fluid intake in a contaminated environment,</li><li>High-performance, custom fit comfort,</li><li>Easy on/off and adjustment,</li><li>Canisters fit on either side,</li><li>NIOSH Approved, CBRN Certified</li></ul></div></div><p><strong>18 Gas Mask shall be in the following sizes:</strong></p><ul><li>3 Small,</li><li>10 Medium, and</li><li>5 Large</li></ul><p><strong>Provide 18 Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear (CBRN) filters shall meet or exceed the following:</strong></p><ul><li>40mm Gas Filter</li><li>Meets NIOSH TC-14G-0270 approval,</li><li>Specifically designed for biological, chemical, radiological and nuclear agents (CBRN),</li><li>Particulate filter is over 99.99% efficient against all particulates and is appropriate for protection against all biological aerosols,&nbsp;</li><li>Exceptionally high particle-filtration capacity and low breathing-resistance, and</li><li>Standard 40mm NATO threaded.&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div>",
