The Town of Nantucket, through its Town Administration, invites sealed bids for the construction of the Our Island Home's Window Replacement Renovation located at 9 East Creek Road, Nantucket, Massachusetts 02554, in accordance with Contract Documents prepared by SMRT, Inc. Bidding procedures shall be in accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, Section 44A-44H inclusive and as amended to date. The Project consists of selective demolition of exterior windows and replacement of exterior windows as included in the scope of work. Construction time frame to be negotiated with selected contractor. FILED SUB-BIDS SCOPE OF WORK: The Project consists of selective demolition of exterior windows and replacement of exterior windows throughout Our Island Home, Nantucket's skilled nursing facility. The Project Architect is SMRT Architects & Engineers, Inc., located at 200 Brickstone Square, Suite 303, Andover, MA 01810 Filed sub-bids will be required and taken for the following classes of work: CAULKING FLASHING PAINTING NOTE: This bid solicitation is for the SUBMISSION of FILED SUB-BIDS ONLY for this Project.
