  "summary": "<p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">The Bridgeton Board of Education (district), Bridgeton, NJ is accepting proposals from qualified agencies to provide Physical Therapy.&nbsp; The services shall be well suited to meet the Individual Education Plan (IEP) service requirements of a K-12 school district&rsquo;s special education students.&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in; font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in; font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">B.&nbsp; SCOPE OF SERVICES</span></strong></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in; font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">The related service provider(s) for each service shall complete the Special Education Medicaid Initiative (SEMI) related paperwork in a timely manner as it pertains to district procedures.&nbsp; The agency shall be responsible for providing laptops and testing instruments when needed to complete their assignment.</span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.25in; font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">&nbsp;</span></strong></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; <strong><u>Speech and Language Therapy Services</u></strong></span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;\"><strong><u><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">&nbsp;</span></u></strong></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Speech and Language Therapy Services shall include, but are not limited to:</span></p><p style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 0.5in; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">&nbsp;</span></p><ul style=\"margin-bottom: 0in; margin-top: 0px;\"><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 48px; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Services performed in a direct, a consultative manner, or a combination of the two.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 48px; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Provide case management services for students that are determined eligible for special education due to a primary communication disorder.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 48px; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Attendance at the IEP team meetings for students served.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 48px; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Review data on progress towards goals</span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 48px; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Provide feedback to parents via an IEP progress report.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 48px; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Reports shall be provided as often as general education students receive report cards at a minimum.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 48px; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Become an active member of the Special Education Team at the schools where student services are scheduled.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 48px; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Review referrals for evaluation and eligibility</span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 48px; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Evaluate students to assist in special education eligibility.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 48px; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Complete procedural required paperwork within legally required timelines</span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 48px; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">Submit paperwork to the District Education Office, parents and team members within the required timelines.</span></li><li style=\"margin: 0in 0in 0in 48px; font-size: 11pt;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt;\">The agency shall have English/Spanish bilingual speech and language therapists available.</span></li></ul>",
